Please
review the Terms that govern your use of and purchase of
Machine Embroidery Designs from our Site. By accessing,
browsing, or using our Sites, you acknowledge that you have
read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you
do not agree to these terms then please do not use our Sites.
Machine
embroidery designs are software programs meant to be run on
computerized embroidery machines and in order to use them, one
needs to have an embroidery machine, as well as a computer and
compatible embroidery software. Therefore it is assumed that
you have all hardware devices and software needed to use the
machine embroidery designs, as well as the knowledge for
handling them.

Network copyrights its Machine Embroidery Designs. All
Embroidery Designs featured on our Sites, including the
embroidery design samples we provide for free download, are
copyright of EmbroHome Network.
When you
purchase a Machine Embroidery Design from EmbroHome Network,
you only obtain a license to embroider that design on fabric.
You may stitch out the designs for personal use and then sell,
trade, or give away the embroidered goods which have the
designs on them.
You may NOT
sell, trade or otherwise distribute the embroidery design
files you have purchased or downloaded from our sites. You are
NOT allowed to use our embroidery files to incorporate our
designs in other machine embroidery files or to modify our
embroidery files and distribute them as a different product.
Our Prices
Prices
and the availability of our machine embroidery designs are
subject to change without notice. All sales are made in US
Dollars. All prices are in US Dollars. If you wish to pay in
another currency (e.g. EURO, Australian or Canadian Dollar)
you will be given the opportunity to make your choice among
supported currencies upon checkout. The US Dollar value of
your order will be recalculated in the respective currency
according to the exchange rate used by the payment processing
system at the time of the transaction. All applicable
discounts are calculated and applied automatically at the time
of purchase.
This policy is strictly enforced and breach of this agreement
could result in legal action.
Refund policy
Machine embroidery designs delivered
in the form of E-Files and are NOT refundable or returnable.
In the event you experience some problems with corrupt files
you are kindly requested to contact us immediately. We shall
provide assistance and we may re-send the files.
